When do the questions arrive?
The first five go out the day the family is set up, or on a start date you pick. Set it up on the 21st or later and they wait for the 1st. After that, new questions arrive on the 1st of every month, and everyone has a week to answer.
Does everyone need an app or a password?
No. Questions arrive by email with one link. Tap it, answer, done.
Can one person answer for a whole household?
Yes. When someone joins, they choose to answer as themselves or for their whole house.
Who reads the issue before it goes out?
A real person at Patchwork reads every issue before it's sent. Every issue is built from your family's answers, in their own words.
How does it work as a gift?
You pay for the year and get a printable gift certificate right away. Hand it over yourself, or we email it on a day you pick. They set up the family when they're ready, or you can set it up for them.
